Can I change my plan anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. The invoice and billing cycle of the changed plan will be updated immediately, and you can view it in the settings page - billing.
What happens if I exceed my transcription limit?
You can purchase additional hours through our data packs, or your account will pause transcription until the next billing cycle. We'll notify you before you reach your limit.
How to unlock Al Advice feature?
AI Advice and premium features are exclusive benefits for monthly/yearly subscribers (Pro or Business). If you upgrade to the Pro or Business plan, you'll have full access to all the AI Advice, including the ones that were generated before you started the subscription.

Recording time covers the cost of transcription, while AI features require significant computational power for real-time analysis. This lets us offer the same powerful AI features to everyone while keeping costs fair based on usage.
